Uber wanted a creative solution & insight to better understand their customer experience.
Our solution was to take all the detailed and complex information and create a UI/UX designed 'Ride Map' for everyone at Uber to use easily, that would enable them to better understand and problem solve issues within the full journey experience of an Uber customer.
